Who We Are

Markfield Road Festival is an annual free festival celebrating creatives through art, music and discussion which launched in September 2022. Based in South Tottenham, London, the three-day festival is organised by Gaunson Creative Studios with The Cove, Ten87Markfield Beam Engine & MuseumUnit 3 and Ten to One Bar.

Festival activities include Gaunson Creative Open Studios (which have been running for over 20 years), Art In The Yard, live music & performance, panel discussions on music, art & creativity, film screenings, food stalls & bars, a carnival workshop and procession with Earlsmead Primary School, children’s activities and more.

2023 Highlights

🔥 We doubled our number of guests since our launch event last year and across the 3 days, Friday – Sunday, we saw 5000 people attend our event!

🔥 We provided a platform for over 150 artists, creatives and musicians

🔥 We delivered 6 free creative panel talks

🔥 8 free workshops to over 250 participants including children’s craft, kids yoga, life drawing, creative schools workshops and a creative sound workshop

🔥 Staffed the festival with locals from Haringey
