Yoga poses improve strength, posture and flexibility and helps with coordination and balance.
Martha has practiced Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga for over 20 years and qualified as a specialist children’s yoga instructor in 2020. Her classes run every Sunday morning at the Hub in Lordship Rec, Tottenham as well as supporting regular community events around the UK.
